ABOUT SUPERIOR MEDICAL CARE

Superior Medical Care was established in April 2001 by Dr. Joseph A. Girgis.

Dr. Girgis began as a solo practitioner after working in the complicated healthcare system. He decided that the control of healthcare should be determined by the physicians.

During his early practicing years, he was frustrated from ordering tests and having to wait several days to receive the results. He witnessed patients having to make several trips simply to have their tests taken care of.

In order to be effective and efficient, Dr. Girgis discovered it was necessary to combine all of the services that the patients needed, under one roof. Dr. Girgis dreamed to provide world-class primary care in a hometown style.

Dr. Girgis’ dream became reality when Dr. Victor J. Trzeciak joined his newly-founded practice. Following Dr. Trzeciak, Superior Medical Care welcomed Dr. Digna Moya, Dr. Rummel Moya,  in addition to all of the current physicians practicing at Superior Medical Care.

All of the physicians worked together to help Superior Medical Care become a comprehensive one-stop world-class model for providing primary care.

Superior Medical Care now operates two fully equipped centers, in addition to two offices spread among  Lorain county. All of the locations aim to provide the highest quality of efficiency for all SMC patients.
